• Manage different departments in the store.
• Coach, train, counsel, recruit and discipline employees.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.
• Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.
• Ensure merchandise ready to be displayed clean.
• FMCG Experience is required.

Job Requirements

• Presentable
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Not more than 30 years Old.
• Faculty of Agricultural Grads.
• Experience in FMCG field
