Ensures key sales performance targets and customer satisfaction levels are met at an area level by setting up achievable KPIs and monitoring them and taking appropriate actions to influence the performance in alignment with the company strategy
Develop pharmacies operation team to reach top performance through evaluation, counseling and provides direct reports with their continuous development using regular development such training and informal development by coaching, mentoring in order to ensure and maximize desired performance
Ensures implementation of manpower plan at an area level through optimization actions (forecasts, workload analysis, etc.) to avoid any talent shortage
Reviews and monitors budget allocation for the assigned area (down to a Store level) in order to constantly meet and exceed targets
Engages on a regular basis with other Dept. across the company and serving as a point of contact to build productive and strong relationships and ensure communication at an area level is timely, accurate and efficient
Monitor the implementation of activities related to HSE (including safety guidelines) and any other required operational standards through store visits, regular reporting, and any other required initiatives.
Liaising with purchasing and Store Dept. to ensuring that the Store has optimum levels of inventory to supply pharmacies branches
Re-Enforce Company Reputation through assuring Pharmacies’ compliance with regulatory requirements (awareness, follow up, reporting …)
Follow up the availability of items and transfer Items between pharmacies to ensure the maintaining of the optimum Stock.
Follow up, manage and transfer near expired items between pharmacies to minimize expiry returns value.
Give regular market feedback (competitors, new location, new items, infrastructure Changes)
