About the Job

• Present and sell company’s projects to different clients' class
  Prepare a presentation, proposals, and sales contracts
• Ability to build a trust relationship and strong communications with clients
• Schedule and Following up meetings with clients and maintain strong communication.
• Search for new customers and update the database with new data and updating the existing one
• Understanding your customers’ needs and Achieving assigned sales target
• Managing customer requirements
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the real estate field - Commercial
• Strong selling, communication, negotiation skills
• Presentable
• Dynamic and Ambitious
• Strong Presentation skills
