About the Job
• Reviewing all claims for all branches, and ensured it had reviewed it by pharmacists in each branch
• Resolve all problems between the insured member, insurance company and the pharmacy.
• Has negotiating and problem-solving skills for decreasing the deductions of the insurance companies to the minimum or zero.
• Monitoring the insurance rate, whether it is an increase or decrease, and in the case of decreasing, must know the reasons and resolve.
• Has Auditing skills to send missing and unresolved claims to the financial department at the end of each month as well as sending all the claims to the financial department at the beginning of each month
• Sending the financial invoices on time to the companies each month.
• Has Training skills to able to train pharmacists to be ready for dealing at credit with minimum mistakes and informing them for any new updates according to the contract's rules.
• Responsible for training the team on any new contract.
• Following up of any late payment of insurance companies for collection
• Following up on the delayed payment of the insurance company with the finance department so they can collect it.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree of pharmacy or equivalent experience
