We are looking for Aviation Ticketing Agent who will responsible for handling flight tickets at well reputed travel agency located in Zamalek, Cairo.
About
the Job
Handling
flight tickets (reissue, refund, schedule change, EMD, etc.).
Being
back office for the other departments and supporting them.
Communicating
with the airlines if needed.
Handling
and getting the schedule changed.
Job
Requirements
Tourism
and airlines experience.
Advanced
Amadeus experience is a must for at least 1 year.
Refund,
reissue, EMD, schedule change experience.
Excellent
command of English language spoken and written
Hard
worker and ambitious
Customer
oriented
Knowledge
of key holiday destinations
Excellent
time management skills.
Age:
Less than 30 Years old.
Working
Hours: Fixed shift 09:00am - 05:00pm including 1 hour break

Days off "Saturday and Sunday"
