Misr Castle Group is looking forward to hiring "Foreign Procurement Specialist"
Responsibilities:
Makes Purchasing orders and following up with the suppliers.
Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
Deals with supplier for shipments details and Handles Shipment requirements.
Follows up the shipment until it reaches its destination
Responsible for day-to-day transaction related to imported material
Implements annuals orders plan and assists in issuing purchase orders
Interacts with suppliers on daily basis to resolve transaction issues and gather critical information invoices, tracking info, tax docs, etc.
Implement & follow up the foreign requisitions for spare parts within the approved budgets that ensure on time delivery with the minimum costs for all items within purchasing cycle.
Negotiate with suppliers, if needed, to get the most appropriate prices & conditions.
Monitor the order placement in the right time according purchasing cycle.
Monitoring of minimum stock level & Total Inventory.
Requirements:
· Must have solid experience in Foreign Purchasing and importing logistics.
· Maxim 4 years of experience.
· Fluent English is a must.
· Has previous experience in working in ERP. (SAP)
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· proficiency in MS Office
· previous experience in Automotive Spare Parts is a must.
