IT Helpdesk
siParadigm Egypt is now hiring IT Helpdesk Administrator for their Cairo office.
- BSc degree in any field, preferably to be Computer science or computer engineering
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of computer systems, network devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- CCNA Knowledge
- MCP/MSCA knowledge
- Good Command of English
- Flexibility & Results-oriented
