WHO ARE WE??
We are a social commerce and parallel distribution platform allowing local suppliers to have nationwide coverage through a network of individual distributors (Mostly housewives) selling their products within their circles using all possible channels.

WE NEED!!
- Admin Specialist (Cairo - Maadi)
- Admine Specialist (Alexandria)

WHAT YOU WILL DO?
-Monitor and manage expenses within the allotted budget.
-Make travel arrangements including airline and hotel reservation for employees.
-Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms and prepare meeting agenda.
-Organize trainings, client meetings, team meetings and events as needed.
-Provide operations support and documentation support
-Determine the administration issues and resolve them for smooth office operations.
-Prepare and maintain company documents and reports.
-Coordinate with inside staffs and outside agencies for daily administrative operations.

REQUIRMENTS:
-2-3 years of experience in the same field
-Bachelor Degree
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Excellent follow-up skills
-Excellent computer skills (Work, Excel & Email Writing)
