Operations & Logistics Coordinator"
We are seeking to hire "Operations & Logistics Coordinator" for one of the leading multinational companies in production of ice cream.
Location: Mohandseen.
Job responsibilities:
- Data management and reporting.
- Data storage and book-keeping organization and follow up on contracts, suppliers, legal documents…etc
- Orders management, operation and logistics (including customers and suppliers)
- Customer handling and service follow up including databases, inquiries and complaints.
- Logistics inspection and follow-up.
- Follow up on financial payments (clients and suppliers)
- Handling freight, transportation and distribution.
Job requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in relative field.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Strong time management, organization and communication skills.
4. Works well with deadlines.
5. Knowledge of logistics systems.
6. Experience working in logistics preferred.
