Job title:- " Export Specialist "
Job Roles:- Logistics/Supply Chain Sales/Retail
About the Job:-
-Evaluates and qualifies export markets and opportunities through market analysis.
-Prepare market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities
- Searches about the targeted countries legal, economic and political changes that may affect the export operations
- Ensures the delivered products regularly comply with each country's rules and regulations
- Communicate with the Marketing, supply Chain and finance functions to enable an efficient export process.
- Follows up on logistical operations, to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of the shipments to the designated countries
Follow up with all Clearance Procedures regarding Shipments-
Sales role
• Approach new markets via the official channels "fairs, third party, referral, market visits or over trade map".
• Analyze the new customer's market share size in the new market, competitors, sales volume.. Etc.
• Identify new customers to achieve the sales target according to customers' parameters.
• Negotiate sales orders as per the sales plan with current/ new customers.
Job Requirements :-
Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any discipline
Fluent in English language is MUST
Experience from 1 to 3 years mainly in the export sales function
Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
• Sales & Negotiation Skills
• Good Knowledge of MS office, Specially ( Excel & Word )
• High follow up skills
• Customer Service skills
Work time : 08:00 Am : 04:00 PM
Day off : Friday
